Home to the largest living wall in the nation — measuring a stunning 6,700 square feet — Gardenhouse’s move-in ready architectural residences are radically redefining what it means to own a new construction home in one of L.A.’s most desirable zip codes.

The all-new three-minute video provides an up-close look inside the Garden Flats, taking viewers through the residence’s many estate-like features.

Private entry is afforded through a direct elevator lift from the garage, and opens to the Garden Flats’ bright, glass-enclosed foyer. An open-plan living and dining room leads out to a private courtyard terrace that looks out to Gardenhouse’s lushly landscaped central atrium. The sleek, airy kitchen is thoughtfully created for easy everyday use and seamless hosting, boasting Miele appliances, Calacatta quartz counters and custom Italian cabinetry. Each of the three ensuite bedrooms are replete with generous sitting areas, while the main suite is outfitted with a travertine fireplace and Japanese onsen-inspired bathroom with radiant floor heating.

Additional video tours of Gardenhouse’s penthouse Sky Villas and three-level Row Houses will soon be unveiled, and private in-person property tours are currently underway. Appointments are limited — please call 424.265.4941 to reserve your in-person tour.
